What you can expect
In everything we do, we believe in our ability to make people feel alive again.
We do this by hosting world-class retreats that are inspirational, educational, and holistic in nature.
They just happen to be in some of the most beautiful places on Earth.
Want to join us?
Do you feel overdue for a win in your life? Are you plateaued, yearning for community, or simply feel depressed? Has your self-esteem taken a hit? Or perhaps you are thriving in some areas of life but could use time to pause, reflect, and see things from a new perspective.
When was the last time you were poured into?
We believe an Optimal Retreat is one that will get you feeling like yourself again, and that is precisely what you can expect.

Upcoming Retreats
What makes Optimal Retreats special?

It's our staff.
It's the human beings. We aren't the only retreat offering kindness. We are, though, certain of our inexhaustible reservoir of compassion and interest in participating in your struggles. Our relationship won't end with the retreat. We will gladly stay in touch and continue to participate in your life.
You will feel supported. Our facilitators will help you devise winning strategies for your future, as well as close unresolved matters from your past. You will leave feeling capable. You will leave feeling connected. You will leave feeling authentically you.
Truthfully, these retreats are no walk in the park (pun absolutely intended).
Our agendas are designed to stretch you and strengthen you, both physically and mentally. Although there are no gates around the property and everything is technically optional, our humble expectation is that participants will prioritize the full experience; meaning daily lectures, group activities, 1:1 sessions, community meals, homework, and more.
These retreats are not for those looking for peak relaxation. Optimal Retreats are for those with a "work hard, play hard" mentality... people ready to do real work on themselves and have an absolute blast at the same time.
We will have multiple daily movement options, off-site experiences, and opportunities for deep connection. All physical activity is scalable and guaranteed to accommodate all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.
Despite a very active itinerary, we believe we strike the balance well, making sure to offer enough relaxation, free time, and the opportunity for quality sleep each night.

Connect with Nature
More than we want to tell you about all the bells and whistles, we want you to understand how you'll feel.
This isn't a stereotypical wellness retreat of relaxation and yoga. Optimal Retreats are all-inclusive 5-day, 4-night experiences designed to stretch your thinking, stimulate healing, and spark personal growth.
There will be yoga, just like there will be organic meals, wild adventures, and like-minded people — but more than that, there is a promise. You will feel welcome. You will feel at home.
Come as you are, leave better.

From Jess, With Love
I acknowledge you. By reading this description, you have taken a step closer to the life you want and deserve — a life of meaning and fulfillment. It's going to take work, though — a lot of work — but I promise you, it’s worth it.
As a survivor of suicide, I have a profound understanding of dissatisfaction and despair—trauma, abandonment, and emotional dysfunction. Climbing out of that darkness seemed impossible to me, but it was made possible by others — by people I surrounded myself with and teachers committed to my personal growth. Now, I want to be that person for others. I want to be that person for you.
