Location Information

The Adirondack Park is perhaps the most diverse destination on the East Coast, offering unparalleled outdoor recreation throughout its dazzling lakes, mountainous regions, and charming villages. Established in 1892, the Adirondack Park covers an area larger than Yosemite, Yellowstone, Glacier, Grand Canyon, and the Great Smokies National Parks combined, making it the largest park in the continental United States.

Encompassing millions of acres of public, constitutionally protected forest preserve, as well as privately owned land, the Adirondack Park is New York's largest playground. Striking a balance between public and private ownership makes the Adirondack Park a unique place to visit. Visitors have ample access to recreational gear through hotel amenities, rental shops, and local guide services. It is also, unequivocally, home to the most friendly and welcoming citizens of New York.

Embedded deep in the heart of the forest lies the "High Peak Wilderness," home to the most prestigious 46 mountains of New York State. Coined the "ADK 46," these mountains attract hikers from all over the country and globe, challenging all who seek to become a celebrated "46er."

It is here that we host our "Gold Medal Mindset" Optimal Retreat.

 

The "Loj" 

The ADK Loj (pronounced "lodge") is tucked away in the High Peaks Wilderness alongside the beauty of Heart Lake. As a staple of the region, the Loj is a favorite for avid hikes -- and the surrounding area is perfect for camping. As for the Loj itself, we feel comfortable saying this: no staff is more kind and accommodating.

5 days. 4 nights. All-inclusive.

Day and night you will enjoy an intentional blend of structured itinerary and unstructured free time, affording you ample space to prioritize your self-care and individuality. We’ll enjoy the benefits of temperature training using hot and cold protocols—designed to build physical and mental resilience—as well as yoga and fitness training; namely Baptiste Yoga and strength training.

Get a feel for one day on retreat from the sample itinerary below

MORNING: CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE — starting between 6am and 7am, depending on the activity. 

Each morning will offer 2-3 adventures; i.e. sunrise yoga, CrossFit, meditation circles, short hikes, morning campfires, etc. 

BREAKFAST: from 7:30am-8:45am each morning. 

MEET AT THE BUS: departure for Whiteface Mountain @ 9am.

EDUCATIONAL LECTURE + INSPIRATIONAL SEMINAR — from ~ 10am-11am. 

Sit atop one of the most breathtaking views as you traverse a life-changing presentation oriented towards your self-improvement. 

MEET AT THE BUS: departure for the ADK Loj @ 11:30am 

YOGA — from approximately 12pm-1pm 

LUNCH: from 1pm-2:15pm each day. 

KEYNOTE + WORKSHOP: Work together to unearth key breakthroughs @ 2:30pm-4pm. 

ENJOY PRIVATE TIME: Enjoy several hours of free time until 6pm. 

EVENING INQUIRY: from 6pm-7pm at Heart Lake’s gorgeous outlook. 

DINNER: from 7pm-8:15pm each night. 

CAMPFIRES, PATIO LOUNGING, ALONE TIME — CHOOSE YOUR JOY
